Our Background

The organization was founded by a group of citizens who worked as community animators during the three-year Pay No Bribe campaign.

The Pay No Bribe campaign was funded by the Department for International Development and implemented by the Anti-Corruption Commission of Sierra Leone and its partners.

Why PaNBA Exists

PaNBA was founded with a focus on curbing corruption and addressing social injustices in society by focusing on legal frameworks, institutional mechanisms and community engagement in rural communities of Sierra Leone.

Corruption is a tool that hinders the development of every country and weakens the fundamental principles and values of democracy, transparency and accountability.
